Ursinus students and faculty welcomed families to campus Sept. 21 to view student achievements and enjoy activities.
Glorious fall weather ushered in Family Day, but the students who presented their research and the enthusiastic visiting families made the day a huge success. We viewed presentations by Summer Fellows, by Study Abroad students, and conversations with President Fong. We delighted in a petting zoo, live music and kids’ activities sponsored by the Campus Activities Board. A fall festival lunch led to a spirited football game against Franklin & Marshall, and we also cheered on the Bears’ field hockey, volleyball and women’s and men’s soccer teams. S.U.N. and A.L.M.A. receptions followed, as well as various workshop programs to cap the day. Thanks, families, for coming to campus!
