Graduate Kendal Conrad 2014 filmed an episode of MTV’s new singing show, Copycat, which will be airing on MTV this summer. The host of the show is Jonathan Bennett of Mean Girls fame. Kendal was chosen to be flown to Hollywood for a taping last January.
The show features superfans who must “copycat” their favorite artists. “It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and it was great to work with MTV,” she said. “I’m not allowed to divulge who my artist is yet, but she is one of my idols and I was so excited to be able to sing one of her songs on the show!” The show premieres June 2 at 6:30 p.m., she said. Kendal may not be on the first episode.
