Green Roof at Berman Museum Gets New Plants

In celebration of Sustainability Week at Ursinus, students, staff and alumni added new plants to the rooftop garden at the Berman Museum of Art.

The planting event on the green roof was arranged by the Office of Sustainability’s Shannon Spencer, Campus Sustainability Planner, and Brandon Hoover, Sustainability Program Coordinator. They were joined by students from Patrick Hurley’s Capstone and ENV 100 classes, as well as students from Rebecca Jaroff’s Environmental Literature class. Chris Rogers 2008, who was on campus for a sustainability committee meeting, also decided to lend a hand.
